I wanted to let you know that I have been very pleased with Group VI and their ability to meet our needs so efficiently. They bent over backwards for us to get us in our space in such a short time frame. It was no easy task. In fact everyone, including our office, were doing everything possible to get this job built-out and furniture installed by a date that seemed near impossible. Due to this extreme rush, the plans were drawn and reviewed in 1/2 the amount of time, orders were placed immediately and contractors worked on top of each other, each doing their best to get the work done. James Buck pulled it together for us! Lee Hightower juggled all the sub-contractors and kept them all on schedule. Without the hard work, dedication and diligence of these two men, we would not have been able to move into our space on time.
The last 2 weeks of the job, we not only had the Group VI contractors wrapping up their job, but we had the systems furniture installers, conventional furniture installers and the data and cable contractors all in here at the same time. Under normal circumstances, each contractor would have had more time.
It all came together! We are so pleased and delighted with our new space. So many of the occupants have commented on how wonderful everything is. I am pleased!
It is such a relief and so comforting to know that we are in a building that is designed so beautifully and maintained so well. Even the Beck's Building Services cleaning crew are so accommodating. Group VI is a "TOP A" and "first class" company. I am so pleased as are the 450 employees that occupy this building.
Thank you for following through with EVERYTHING! You have done an EXCELLENT JOB! You found us this beautiful building, you took the strain off of me by dealing with so many of the contractual issues, you saw this project through from beginning to end. You were someone I could always count on. THANK YOU. I have enjoyed working with you. You have been such a delight. It is people like you that make me enjoy my job.
