As a general contractor, Group VI Construction builds and renovates professional office, medical, industrial, religious, financial, retail, educational, governmental, and other types of commercial facilities. Founded in 1989 by Ron Williamson and Jim Pace, Group VI is headquartered in Peachtree City, Georgia with a satellite office in Destin, Florida, and is licensed to build throughout the Southeast. In the past 14 years, we have constructed over 4.35 million square feet of quality commercial facilities for more than 200 clients. Our clients range anywhere from small businesses to fortune 500 companies. We provide our clients with quality workmanship, solid construction management, and timely, on-budget project completion.

We are licensed real estate brokers in the State of Georgia. Group VI Corporation has been servicing corporate clients in agency relationships in Atlanta since 1989, but our roots in the Metro Atlanta real estate market actually extend back to 1958 with the formation of Tri-City Realty & Mortgage, Inc. James Clark, now Executive Vice President of Group VI Real Estate, by 1969 had established himself as a leader in the real estate industry as the President and Broker of Tri-City Commercial Sales, Inc.


		In 1993 Group VI acquired Tri-City in an expansion of real estate services. Since 1993, Group VI's experienced brokerage group has been involved in over 5000 transactions totaling in excess of $300 million. At Group VI Corporation our *property management* philosophy is simple: MAXIMIZE THE OWNER'S PROPERTY VALUE by increasing the property's income and minimizing the expenses. The art of property management is to achieve the above objectives while maintaining tenant relationships and the long-term functionality of the property. Our property management success is based on experience; experience with building maintenance, lease contract management, budgeting, and record keeping for the owner. We can also arrange financing for a property owner as part of our services. Currently, our property management portfolio includes over $100 million of properties, including office (general and medical), industrial, and retail. Because we also own properties, we manage a property with an owner's perspective. We treat each property as if it is our own. This is critical when budgeting annual operating expenses and determining capital expenditure items for a property.
