Our History

Since 1969, Group VI (Tri-City Commercial Sales, Inc.) has been providing professional commercial real estate services to South Metro Atlanta.

In 1993, Group VI acquired Tri-City Commercial Sales, Inc.

Since 1993, Group VI's brokerage group has completed over 5,000 transactions totaling in excess of $400 million.

Focus on the counties comprising Atlanta's Southern Crescent (Clayton, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, Henry, So. Fulton, and Spalding.)

With our in-house resources we can develop a marketing strategy to identify target markets and penetrate those markets using a wide range of promotional materials, as well as prospecting, research and presenting proposals.
