Ann has over nine years of real estate and finance experience. Her experience includes positions in real estate appraisal, loan processing and property management. She is a Licensed Georgia Real Estate Salesperson and a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Ann is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the BOMI Institute. She was appointed to her current position in April, 2000.

Responsibilities

Manages 24 company owned properties. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of these properties. Collects rental payments, approves all expenditures, maintains real estate lease files. Also assists with obtaining financing for the properties and coordinates loan closings.

Loan Processor - Entrust Home Financing: Responsibilities include assembling and analyzing documents to determine if the applicants meet required guidelines for a particular loan program.

Residential Real Estate Appraiser - Roberts Appraisal Service: Appraised single family and multi-family residential properties and assisted in appraising commercial properties.

Ann received her Real Property Administrator (RPA) professional designation from BOMI International on July 18, 2007. The RPA designation indicates that Ann has completed a program of in-depth courses dealing with the ownership, management and operation of major office and commercial buildings. Seven required courses provide in-depth coverage of building systems, life cycle costing, energy management and the environment, insurance and legal issues, finance and asset management.
