Throughout his career, Brent has held positions of increasing responsibility with Federated Department Stores and Randstad North America. Brent’s knowledge of retail, combined with his national leasing experience and broad business background, form a solid foundation to understand and provide solutions for Group VI clients.

Responsibilities

A licensed real estate agent responsible for the brokerage of commercial and retail properties, Brent is very familiar with the south side of Atlanta having lived in Fayette County for the past 15 years. Brent brings a depth of knowledge and experience regarding retail operations and retail leasing activities on a national basis.

Relevant Past Experience

Vice President, Infrastructure and Real Estate – Randstad North America, Atlanta, Georgia: Managed the real estate and infrastructure responsibilities (procurement, telecommunications, distribution and facilities operations) of the $1.5 billion North American subsidiary with 500 locations in the United States and Canada.

Director, Store Operations – Federated Department Stores, Atlanta, Georgia: Managed extensive company-wide non-selling store operations effort. Determined staffing levels, equipment requirements and engineered layouts for facilities prior to start up. Directed store operations budget recommendations and revisions. Directed logistics between stores and distribution centers.
