Bruce Coleman, Facilities Maintenance Director
Group VI Management, LLC

Bruce has over 25 years of facilities maintenance and property management experience. His experience includes positions in plumbing, HVAC, electrical fields, and property management.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of 18 company owned properties. Bruce performs much of the maintenance duties himself.  He coordinates contractor work, approves all expenditures, and supervises maintenance personnel.  He  performs periodic property inspections for the purposes of preserving capital for owners, maintaining safe living conditions for tenants, and scheduling and verifying the completion of required maintenance on the subject property.  He arranges for alterations, maintenance, upkeep, and/or reconditioning of property as specified in management services or lessee's agreement.  He promotes growth and goodwill for the company through frequent personal contact with owners, tenants, vendors, and other outside individuals and organizations.
