A licensed real estate agent responsible for commercial real estate brokerage in the Fayette/Coweta County area.  A long time resident of Peachtree City, he is knowledgeable about market conditions, existing users and the general day-to-day real estate activities in Peachtree City.

Relevant Past Experience

Vice President - Ravin Homes, Inc.: Project Manager for the largest residential home builder in Peachtree City.  Managed building process for homes in the higher end custom market working directly with the owners to ensure satisfaction.

Team Leader - Manekin Corporation: Managed a team responsible for the leasing, management and budgeting of one-half million square feet of office and flex space for Manekin Corporation, a major commercial developer in Baltimore, Maryland.

Leasing Representative - Manekin Corporation: Worked directly with the brokerage community to lease office and flex space in the highly competitive Baltimore/Washington corridor.  Produced marketing materials, proposals and presentations for prospects and brokers.
