With over 30 years of sales, marketing and business ownership experience, James is one of the most well known and respected real estate professionals in South Metro Atlanta.  He established himself as a leader in the real estate industry as the President and Broker of Tri-City Commercial Sales, Inc., one of the oldest and largest privately held commercial brokerage firms in South Metro Atlanta.  Tri-City was acquired by Group VI Corporation in an expansion of real estate services.

James' many accomplishments include being a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors, member of the National Association of Realtors, listed in the Marquis Directory of Who's Who in America, member of the Board of Directors of Student Leadership University, member of the Board of Directors of Second Wind Ministries, an Active Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and recipient of the highest honor bestowed upon an individual by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Silver Phoenix Award, which recognizes 25 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club.  Many long-term client relationships have been the key to his successful real estate business.

Responsibilities

As Executive Vice President of Group VI Real Estate, James works with developers and property owners in the South Metro Atlanta Area.  His primary focus is land sales, income property, office leasing and acquisitions for commercial, office and industrial users.  He has extensive experience with client counseling, investment property, assemblages, 1031 tax-free exchanges and other complicated transactions.
