Business Accomplishments - Received Georgia Real Estate License in 1961. Received Georgia Real Estate Broker’s License in 1965. In 1970, while associated with Scott Hudgens Company, helped assemble 1,200 acres in Union City, which is known as Shannon Mall Area. In 1972, helped assemble 7,500 acres in Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia, known as Shennandoah, now known as White Oak. In 1974 helped assemble 1,600 acres in Duluth, Gwinnett County, Georgia, known as Howell Station, a Planned Community and Gwinnett Place Mall. In 1976, assembled 350 acres in Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, known as Glynn Place Mall.
During the 1980’s, worked as a developer for shopping center sites for Wal-Mart Stores locations, in Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
In 1994, assembled 165 acres in Fayetteville, Georgia, for a Retail Development known as Fayette Pavilion and a shopping center across Hwy 85 known as Uptown Square.
In 2004, assembled 52 acres for a Publix Shopping Center, known as Summit Point, including a 70 lot residential development. Summit Point is part of an overall 400 acre planned development referred to as “Fayetteville’s Southside Development Plan”.
