Mark joined Group VI Corporation in January of 1992. In his 17 years with the company, he has successfully performed a wide variety of work functions. Mark is a highly motivated individual and has displayed a strong talent for property financing and monetary control. Since joining the company, Mark has grown from property manager in charge of maintaining the occupancy of company owned buildings, to administrative officer in charge of personnel, accounting, and finance functions, to Vice President of Property Management for Group VI Management, LLC and then to president of the construction company.

Mark was responsible for all company owned properties. Managed the financing and budget for all development projects. Responsible for all tax and insurance related matters and is responsible for procuring financing for company development projects, as well as budget and cash flow control and analysis.
Property Manager - Group VI Corporation:
Mark managed eleven company-owned buildings and maintained 100% occupancy in 10 out of 11 buildings. The remaining building was at 93% occupancy.
