Nathan comes to Group VI with a background in the insurance industry as well as the manufacturing and distribution industry. Most recently, he played an integral role in the establishment and development of a flooring distribution company, which is now a multi-million dollar company. Nathan served as Assistant Vice President of Sales, which included assisting with the start-up of operations, sales support and accounting assistance. He also has several years experience working as a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual, the largest direct provider of life insurance in the country. As a licensed life and health insurance agent, his production was in the top 10% in the country for Northwestern Mutual.
Responsibilities
Directs land acquisition and development activities, including identifying and purchasing new land development opportunities, negotiating purchase and sales agreements, understanding land use planning and governmental entitlements, knowing physical constraints of site design and land development.
